KINGSLEY FIELD, Ore. -- The 173rd Fighter Wing will host its highly anticipated Air Show on July 19-20, 2025, featuring military and civilian aerial demonstrations, static aircraft displays, ground exhibits, local food vendors, and much more.
This year’s event celebrates the dominance of the F-15C/D over its many years of service while highlighting the current U.S. military aviation capabilities to inspire the next generation of service members, aviators and innovators who will carry that legacy forward.
Scheduled demonstrations include the U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron “Thunderbirds,” F-35A Lightning II Demonstration Team, West Coast F-18 Rhino Demo Team, and KC-135 Demo Team. Additional performers will also be present at the show.
As with any event of this size, traffic and parking are major concerns. To help with this, we’ve set up three free parking options. The primary parking lots will be in the fields on Brett Way, adjacent to Homedale Road. There is also limited parking at the Klamath County Fairgrounds. Basin Transit Service will provide bus shuttles from these parking areas to the airshow entrance, starting at 7:30 a.m. each day. Parking is also available at Imerys (the old AquaGlass) off Washburn Way. Shuttles will not be provided from this parking lot; expect to walk approximately one mile to the airshow entrance.
It is important to note that there are restrictions on what items individuals may bring on base as this is an active military installation. Large bags, backpacks, umbrellas, and coolers will not be allowed on base. Purses, handbags, small camera bags, and diaper bags are allowed, but they will be inspected upon entry. Strictly prohibited items include: weapons, firearms, explosives, alcohol, illegal drugs, cannabis or cannabis derived materials, pets, and drones. A final note, please have official identification ready as you will be asked to present it upon entry. These include driver's license, state issued identification cards, passport, etc.
