173rd Fighter Wing to provide flyovers for local Veteran's Day ceremonies

The 173rd Fighter Wing  is scheduled to conduct Veterans Day flyovers for various ceremonies at locations throughout Oregon and California.

F-15 Eagle fighter jets from the 173rd Fighter Wing at Kingsley Field are scheduled to conduct flyovers at the following locations and approximate times on Friday, Nov. 11;

11:00 a.m. Veterans Day Parade, Klamath Falls, Ore.
11:05 a.m. Veterans Day Parade, Tulake, Calif.
11:27 a.m. Redmond Veterans Day Parade, Redmond, Ore.
11:30 a.m. Veterans Day Parade, Bend, Ore.
11:48 a.m. Veterans Day Parade, Canyonville, Ore.
11:51 a.m. Veterans Day Parade, Roseburg, Ore.

All flyovers will be approximately 1,000 feet above ground level and 350
knots airspeed. Flights could be cancelled or times changed due to
inclement weather or operational contingencies.

The 173rd Fighter Wing is based at Kingsley Field, in Klamath Falls, Ore.,
and serves as the nation's sole F-15 training schoolhouse.
