Henley High School students pursue personal growth through Junior ROTC
Cadets begin “PT” with stretching exercises to prepare their muscles for some strenuous training in the form of ultimate Frisbee, which was designed to showcase the fun side of fitness, Sept. 8, 2017. Each Friday the curriculum consist of group “PT”, short for physical training, and they each wear an issued t-shirt and shorts for the duration of the class period at the Henley High School JrROTC unit near Klamath Falls, Ore.
