Hometown Heroes Fly with the 173rd Fighter Wing

A.J. Davila, a local college adjunct professor and veteran’s affairs advocate, straps into the back seat of an F-15 D-model just prior to taking off as part of a new program called Hometown Heroes at the 173rd Fighter Wing in Klamath Falls, Ore., Jan. 3, 2018. The program is designed to give local civic leaders a first-hand view of the 173rd FW mission who, in-turn, share that information with their circles of influence.
