A TRN-48 mobile Tactical Air Navigation system from the 270th Air Traffic Control Squadron is loaded into a C-130J Super Hercules from Little Rock Air Force Base; Ark. as part of the joint Cascadia Airlift Exercise July 14; 2018 at Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls; Oregon. Airmen from Little Rock and the 173rd Fighter Wing teamed up to prepare to respond to a potential large-scale earthquake off the coast of Oregon. The Oregon National Guard’s mission is to be “a ready force equipped and trained to respond to any contingency; and disaster relief efforts play a central role in that mission.
