U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. George Mulleneix, of the 173rd Fighter Wing, is harnessed to a litter and is preparing to descend a very steep slope during training with Klamath County Sheriff’s Dept. Search and Rescue where he is a volunteer member. The group trains for situations like this and many other emergencies on a regular basis in order to ready themselves for actual victim recoveries.
