Craig Wills, the 19th Air Force commander looks at the main fuel tank at the 173rd Fighter Wing, which stands empty for routine maintenance sustaining its operation for the next several decades, Sept. 11, 2019 at Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The general’s visit was driven by the fact that his command oversees all of the flying training for the U.S. Air Force and Kingsley Field is the sole provider of F-15C Air Superiority training pilots making it a priority visit for him after assuming command.
