Airmen from the 173rd Fighter Wing structural maintenance section construct a custom PVC pipe frame enclosing the tail of the F-15C requiring paint, Jan. 17, 2024, at Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The custom frame provides a vacuum controlled area for painting the iconic tail flash seen on all the aircraft flown by the Oregon Air National Guard unit since 1983.
